I was quite disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. first, the gym equipment was pretty outdated. Some pieces looked like they had been there for decades. it was also frustrating that the staff didn't seem to understand english very well. this made simple requests a challenge and communication difficult!

i find the hotel grounds well kept. it has an ocean front with lovely views. the bookable restaurants had perfect food. the buffet offered a large variety. the wellness programme included a gym and a tennis court. the professional photographer offers a cool service.

The grounds are wonderful and I love that it has a ocean front. Views from reception are amazing, so Instagrammable. The bookable restaurants became a treat, the food was perfect! It is a must to try to book one during your stay. The wellness Programme and the range of activities available was excellent and i loved it.

The pool areas looked very dirty. The area did not get cleaned up the week i was there. The sun beds were cheap and a lot of them was falling apart. The room was tiny, you could hardly stand on the balcony and that was not so ideal.

the grounds seemed fine. i guess i liked that it has an ocean front.

the food was awful though. prawns were under cooked, i saw blood. there were cats everywhere i tried to eat, so unhygienic. also the language barrier seemed strong as hardly anyone speaks english there, so it was hard to communicate
